Jaclyn Bowen
Jaclyn Bowen is a nationally recognized leader at the intersection of food safety, quality systems, and consumer advocacy. She has spent her career championing transparency and truth in labeling, leveraging data and science as catalysts for industry transformation and regulatory reform.
With deep expertise in standards development for food and water safety, Jaclyn has held influential executive leadership roles at the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre, NSF International, and the Clean Label Project. At NSF, she spearheaded programs spanning organic and Non-GMO certifications, as well as cGMP and SQF compliance systems. At Clean Label Project, she led national and international initiatives aimed at reducing industrial and environmental contamination exposure in food and consumer products. Today, she advises regional food co-ops, national retailers, and global CPG companies on elevating safety, compliance, and consumer trust.
Beyond her consulting work, Jaclyn lives her commitment to sustainability by cultivating her family’s 22-acre organic and regenerative fruit farm in Northern Michigan—bringing her advocacy full circle from policy to practice.
She holds degrees in environmental biology, quality engineering, and public health, grounding her leadership in both scientific rigor and practical application.

Kobe Nagar is a visionary entrepreneur and environmentalist with 25 years of experience in the renewable and cleantech sectors. He has a proven track record of successfully scaling and bringing groundbreaking technologies to market, including Geothermal Energy, Fuel Cells, Green Cement, and Supercritical Water.
Nagar founded 374Water, leading it to become a Nasdaq-listed company ($SCWO). 374Water pioneered a transformative process that converts wet waste into valuable resources while eliminating pollutants like "forever chemicals," effectively connecting critical links between Water, Waste, Energy, and Food. He also created 7Environmental Inc. (dba 7E), a leading generative compliance solution that makes businesses more effective by connecting regulatory frameworks to data.
His latest venture, 1Watermark Inc., is dedicated to establishing robust water standards for consumer products (especially Food, Beverage, and Cosmetics). This initiative promotes greater awareness and stewardship of our water resources, serving as a "kosher stamp for water."
Beyond his professional endeavors, Nagar enjoys family life, the thrill of basketball, the pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee, and the vital mission of keeping our drinking water clean.
