1) Eligibility & Use of the Site

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to your content and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights.
5) Third‑Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third‑party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.
6) No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise).
7) Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. 8) Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid (if any) to access the Site in the twelve months before the claim. 11) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site are the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Entire Agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
